They initially did my floors.Wanted to get some help with getting the flooring fixed.Diligent with coming to see my place but clearly didn't want to do the service I was looking for unless i wanted to replace everything.Then ended up just ignoring me calls and e-mail's.Pretty unimpressed with the service and wouldnt be a company id recommed.I will look elsewhere.

We found Edgemont Floors very fair and responsive for our Harwood floor project. Shifteh was helpful in setting us up and the installer did a good job. Any issues and questions were dealt with promptly.We particularly liked that the owners came by to check on progress.All in all a good company to deal with.

Edgemont Flooring was very pleasurable to work with. Shifteh put so much effort and patience into our purchase and install that went beyond our expectations, rare to find nowadays. I have to admit we weren't the easiest customers. Since I see 5 stars are given too easily on google reviews. I would like to leave 6. Thank-you very much.Steve.

The entire team at Edgemont Floors did an amazing job on my recent renovation. They supplied and installed my hardwoods floors, and I can't be happier with the results. I have had an office renovation on summer 2018 in Richmond, and I used their services for supplying and installation of Carpet tile, Luxury Vinyl, Backsplash tile and painting.They helped me and my client to selecting material and I have found them knowledgeable and professional. Hamid's experience on testing different products and his knowledge about specifications was impressive.Although the installation was on weekends, when office was closed, they took care of shipment, removal, cleaning and installation adequately. I was out of the city for 10 days and they managed the project very well and at the end could provide a piece of material on Saturday at 9pm from their warehouse for finishing the job, which for me was too appreciated.I highly recommend them for small/big renovation or new buildings.
